Sponsorship Opportunities

Elevate your presence by sponsoring the official ACN26 app. Sponsor receives their logo on the splash page and two (2) push notifications during Applied Net.  

Each attendee receives a complimentary bag with your company logo and the Applied Net logo when they check in at registration. Your company will be top of mind throughout the conference and attendees will continue to promote your company when they use these bags after conference. 

Put your company's message on the guest room key card and envelopes that will be seen by all attendees checking in at The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

Give attendees a place to take notes in sessions. 

Applied Net attendees will receive an Applied Net T-Shirt upon check in to the conference. 

In an effort to be green, become the exclusive sponsor of reusable water bottles for all attendees of the Applied Net conference. Sponsor branding will be on all bottles included in conference attendees' registration bags. Sponsor logo to be included on any supplementary bottled water provided to attendees at ANET26.

Keep attendees connected at ACN26! This partnership includes your company logo on Wi-Fi information in the ANET mobile app and company logo and hyperlink on the wireless launch page.*

Gain high-impact visibility as a sponsor of the Applied Net transportation service between overflow hotels and Gaylord National. Your brand will be front and center with logo placement on shuttle signage and route maps.

After getting their badges upon registration, attendees will receive ribbons for their badges to help describe themselves to fellow attendees at the ribbon kiosk. Sponsor this station to receive exposure to every attendee and the opportunity to provide your own ribbon. 

Sponsor the coffee stations during a break between education sessions. Sponsor can provide coffee collars or other complimentary item in addition to signage at coffee station.

Have your logo on the pens distributed at ACN26 registration. Attendees will use these pens at the event and beyond, giving your company maximum exposure. This sponsorship is subject to Applied Net approval and co-branded with the Applied Net logo. 

Place your company’s one-page promotional material inside the bags that attendees carry throughout the conference. Sponsor must provide materials and is responsible for printing and shipping. Applied Net will confirm final quantity. Content subject to Applied Net approval. Sponsorship must be purchased, and content proof must be submitted to Applied Net by July 15, 2026.
