What is included with your booth?

Does my booth include the pre- or post-show attendee list?
We provide a pre-show attendee list to our Gold and Platinum sponsors. As an exhibitor, you will receive the post-show attendee list which includes name, company, title, and mailing address. The conference mobile app will launch a couple of weeks ahead of Applied Net 2025 and there you can connect with attendees to see who is coming, request a meeting with them, or invite them to visit your booth. Registered exhibitors will receive an email with login instructions when the app is live.
What is allowed in your booth?
Promotional products, activations
Note - any food and beverage needs approval by ACN Team and The Aria. Please be sure to follow the rules and regulations.
Who to contact for booth setup (rigging, electric, etc.)?
Please refer to the Exhibitor Kit provided by Shepard for contact information and ordering in advance.
Who to contact for Exhibitor Services Kit?
Exhibitor Service Kit will be sent directly to the main logistics contact for each exhibitor and sponsor. Note this will be sent via email in Summer 2025 directly from Shepard. Reach out to us at [email protected] in the meantime.
Lead retrieval expectations
- Lead retrieval will be provided complimentary to all sponsors and exhibitors. Each contact can expect to receive log-in details one week in advance. Note - you will not have access to the mobile app until the conference dates.
- Customer support will be available onsite with a representative from the company during show dates.

What are the exhibitor hours?
- Monday, October 6 = 5:00pm - 7:00pm
- Tuesday, October 7 = 11:30am - 1:00pm ; 3:30pm - 5:30pm
- Wednesday, October 8 = 12:30pm - 2:00pm ; 4:15pm - 6:00pm
How to sign up for evening events onsite?
Please visit the registration desk.
Do exhibitors get a registration bag?
Attendees get first priority for registration bags. If any remain by Wednesday afternoon, exhibitors will have the opportunity to pick-up a bag at registration.
Where is ANET26?
Join us on the East Coast in 2026! More information to come.
When do contracts release for ANET26?
Contracts for ANET26 will release to ANET25 exhibitors and sponsors typically 1-2 weeks ahead of the event. ANET25 exhibitors and sponsors will be eligible for ANET's earlybird exhibit rate. The ANET26 public contract will launch in early November 2025.
General room block information
- We've secured a room block at the Aria Resort for conference attendees. Book here.
- Applied Net is offering discounted room rates for exhibitors at the Park MGM. Book here to receive the $139++ rate* (this is available on a first come, first serve basis).
- The room block will sell out quickly and is on a first come, first serve basis. Don't wait to book your room!
Registration
Instructions for Sponsor registration
To register, please follow the instruction below:
- Click here to access the registration site.
- Select your company type (options include: Carrier, Technology Provider, MGA, Industry Association, and Other)
- Enter your email address.
- Enter Registration Code: SPONSOR25 at the top of the page and click "OK."
- Change the quantity of sponsor registration from "0" to the number of registrations you are currently completing.
- Proceed to enter the individual registrant information for each attendee.
- Once you’ve reached the purchase summary, and you have verified the registration details are correct, scroll down to input your UNIQUE sponsor discount code in the discount code box and click “Submit Code." Please note that your unique sponsor discount code can be found in your sponsor confirmation email sent from [email protected].
- Once the balance reads $0, scroll down and click “Register." Email confirmations will be sent to each registrant, which will include details for updating registration information.
How many registrations are included in each sponsor level/booth space?
Each 10x10 booth space includes (2) full-conference registrations.
- Silver Sponsors receive an additional (4) full-conference registrations, for a total of (6) registrations if their sponsorship includes a 10x10 booth space.
- Gold Sponsors receive an additional (6) full-conference registrations, for a total of (8) registrations if their sponsorship includes a 10x10 booth space.
- Platinum Sponsors receive an additional (10) full-conference registrations, for a total of (12) registrations if their sponsorship includes a 10x10 booth space.
- Diamond Sponsors receive an additional (14) full-conference registrations, for a total of (16) registrations if their sponsorship includes a 10x10 booth space.
Additional registrations purchase options
Additional registrations can be purchased via the contract here. The deadline for purchase for use at ANET25 is September 19, 2025. Additional registrations are non-refundable regardless of contract date. Registrations must be utilized by Friday, September 26, 2025.
What is included with your registration?
- As part of your registration, you gain access to education sessions, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and breakfast on Thursday. Additionally, your registration provides access to the Applied Net Exchange (show floor) receptions that include open bar and passed appetizers, entry to ANET25 evening events (2024 events in Nashville included a night at the Grand Ole Opry with mainstage performances, and a night out in Nashville with three bars fully reserved for ANET25 attendees) with both including open bar and food.
- Pre-Conference Programs of Continuing Education, Emerging Leaders Program, and Epic Accounting Bootcamp are not included and must be purchased separately.
What is a guest pass, and how to add a guest pass?
- Guest evening event passes are available for non-industry attendees, like spouses or friends, who would like access to the evening portions of the event. Guest passes are NOT for additional vendor staff. Please see above for options to add additional vendor attendees.
- Guest evening event passes are $349 per event and allow conference registrants to purchase tickets to the Tuesday and/or Wednesday evening event(s). This does not include any other meal functions or exhibits. Attendees going to evening events must be 21 years of age or older.
- To add guest evening event passes, follow the instructions on your individual registration confirmation email to edit your registration and purchase. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
What if someone is coming to just help setup my booth?
Please reach out to [email protected] to coordinate a set-up pass. Will need person’s name, email address, date/time of set-up and reason. This will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Invoicing and Payments
What are the available methods of payment?
Payments can be made via check, credit card, or ACH/wire transfer. Specific instructions for each method can be found on your invoice.
Payment deadlines
All payments must be received by August 1, 2025, regardless of the contract submission date. For contracts submitted after August 1, 2025, full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Payment Plan details
At the time of contracting, you have the flexibility to choose a payment plan that best suits your company's needs. We offer the following options:
- One Payment: Paid in full within 30 days.
- Two Payments: The first payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, and the final payment is due by May 1, 2025.
- Four Payments: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice, followed by scheduled payments on March 1, 2025, May 1, 2025, and July 1, 2025.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are Net 30 days for those opting to make a single payment. For participants on a payment plan, payments are due by the dates specified on your invoice: at the time of invoicing, March 1, 2025, May 1, 2025, and July 1, 2025.
Sponsorships
Deadlines for sponsorships to sign up
All sponsorships, regardless of type, must be purchased by August 8, 2025 in order to be fulfilled at ANET25.
Does my sponsorship include the pre- or post-show attendee list?
We provide a pre-show attendee list to our Gold, Platinum, and Diamond sponsors. All other sponsors will receive the post-show attendee list which includes name, company, title, and mailing address. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond sponsors can expect to receive the pre-show attendee list 2 weeks in advance of ANET25.
How does Passport to Prizes work?
- Simply put, sponsors provide a prize gift (typically $100+ gift certificates to Amazon, Visa, or other) and in order to get entered to win, attendees have to stop by your booth to scan the QR code.
- Sponsors participating in Passport To Prizes will be provided a small sign onsite with a QR code- attendees will have to come to your booth, scan the QR code and submit the answer correctly. If the attendees answer ALL sponsor questions with correct answers, they will be added to the drawing for the prizes.
- Names will be announced Wednesday evening at the ACN booth. We require a representative from each sponsor to be present to hand over the gift and take a photo with the winner. Prizes must be present ONSITE!
How do we handle company name changes?
Please email [email protected] with your updated company name, logo, and website.
Company logo guidelines
- All sponsoring companies must submit a logo in Vector format (in addition to PNG) to be included in on-site signage and any fulfillment items. Specifications: we accept EPS, AI, or SVG file types.
- If your company does not have one of those file types, please submit a high-resolution logo. Specifications: images must be at least 5in x 5in, at least 300 dpi and have a transparent background. We accept PSD, PNG, or TIFF.
- If your company's logo changes before the conference, please inform [email protected] immediately. Note that changes to logos after August 1st cannot be accommodated in onsite signage or fulfillment items.

How to schedule email blasts and deadlines
- If you have contracted an email blast, your logistics contact will receive a submission form with your company's sponsor confirmation email. Once you submit the form, we will confirm the dates for you.
- Your email blast content in HTML format and subject line are due 2 weeks prior* to your scheduled blast. *Failure to submit content by your deadline will result in possible rescheduling or inability to fulfill.
