Register with your sponsor codes for ACN’s Summits below. Please follow these instructions to make sure your code is applied correctly.
Summit Travel
Book your hotel now for each Summit. Hotel information will be updated throughout the year for each Summit. Please ensure that you book within ACN’s hotel block to receive the best available rates.

Important Dates & Deadlines
January 2, 2026
- Last day to cancel ACN booth space at ACN’s Texas Summit. For cancellations of space received between the contract signature date and January 2, 2026, Exhibitor is responsible for, and Applied Client Network shall be entitled to retain 50 percent of the total Exhibit Fee as a cancellation fee. Cancellations after January 2, 2026 will still owe the full booth fee. ACN Summit sponsorships are non-refundable.
January 15, 2026
- All ACN Texas Summits Payments Due, regardless of invoice date.
1 Week before ACN Texas Summit
- All exhibiting companies will receive the pack your bags email. Executive sponsors will receive the pre-show attendee list.
1 Week after ACN Texas Summit
- All exhibiting companies will receive the post-show survey. Upon completion, applicable companies will receive the post-show attendee list 1 week after the survey is sent out. Exhibiting companies who do not complete the survey will not receive the post-show attendee list.
March 2, 2026
- Last day to cancel ACN booth space at ACN’s Canada Summit. For cancellations of space received between the contract signature date and March 2, 2026, Exhibitor is responsible for, and Applied Client Network shall be entitled to retain 50 percent of the total Exhibit Fee as a cancellation fee. Cancellations after March 2, 2026 will still owe the full booth fee. ACN Summit sponsorships are non-refundable.
March 16, 2026
- All ACN Canada Summit Payments Due, regardless of invoice date.
