Monday, September 13 = 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
(Welcome Reception in the Applied Net Exchange)

Tuesday, September 14 = 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
(Applied Net Exchange Open/Lunch)

Tuesday, September 14 = 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
(Networking Reception in the Applied Net Exchange)

Wednesday, September 15 = 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
(Applied Net Exchange Open/Lunch)

Wednesday, September 15 = 4:15 pm - 5:45 pm
(Networking Reception in the Applied Net Exchange)

Move-Out

Wednesday, September 15 = 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
(This move out is only for those exhibitors not needing their empty containers or any assistance from the general service contractor. Empty container return will begin at 7:00 am on Thursday, September 16)

Thursday, September 16 = 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Thursday, September 16 = 1:00 pm - 1:00 pm
(FREIGHT REROUTE BEGINS - all outbound carriers must be checked in by this time)
