Hotel information will be updated throughout the year. Please ensure that you book within ACN’s hotel block to receive the best available rates.  [Book Hotels](https://www.appliedclientnetwork.org/Events/Summits/New-Orleans-Summit/Hotel-Travel) ## ACN Summit Schedule See the Full Schedule ## Important Dates & Deadlines --- ### **January 1, 2027** - Last day to cancel ACN booth space at ACN’s US Summit. For cancellations of space received between the contract signature date and January 1, 2027, Exhibitor is responsible for, and Applied Client Network shall be entitled to retain 50 percent of the total Exhibit Fee as a cancellation fee. Cancellations after January 1, 2027 will still owe the full booth fee. ACN Summit sponsorships are non-refundable. --- ### **January 18, 2027** - All ACN US Summit Payments Due, regardless of invoice date. --- ### **1 Week before ACN US Summit** - All exhibiting companies will receive the pack-your-bags email. Executive sponsors will receive the pre-show attendee list. --- ### **1 Week after ACN US Summit** - All exhibiting companies will receive the post-show survey. Upon completion, applicable companies will receive the post-show attendee list 1 week after the survey is sent out. Exhibiting companies who do not complete the survey will not receive the post-show attendee list. --- ### **March 1, 2027** - Last day to cancel ACN booth space at ACN’s Canada Summit. For cancellations of space received between the contract signature date and March 1, 2027, Exhibitor is responsible for, and Applied Client Network shall be entitled to retain 50 percent of the total Exhibit Fee as a cancellation fee. Cancellations after March 1, 2027 will still owe the full booth fee.
