# Applied Net Participation
#### The Applied Net Participating Company program is designed for Insurtech companies offering high-demand solutions to the independent agency market. **Applied Net is the largest single gathering of independent insurance agencies every year** and creates a venue for third-party organizations to increase their awareness and drive direct demand generation. To ensure a wide variety of vendors at Applied Net, companies in this category participate through a standardized package, with pricing structured to reflect exhibitor demand. Companies within this category are eligible to receive the Applied Net booth package below and onsite signage, but are not eligible to purchase additional ANET sponsorships, advertising, or booth space at ACN events.

# Applied Net Package Inclusions:
- One (1) 10'x10' exhibit space\* (standard pipe and drape, standard carpeted flooring, skirted table, two side chairs, one wastebasket, ID sign)
- Option to add additional 10x10 booth spaces for $7,000 per booth space.
- Four (4) full conference registrations
- Onsite Signage that recognizes Participating Companies
- Company listing on the online ACN Vendor Directory
- Post-conference registration attendee list (opt-in attendees only, no email or phone)
- Lead retrieval (package details to come in Summer 2027)

# Frequently Asked Questions
With these changes, why wasn’t I made aware of this in 2026 so I could properly budget funds for FY27?
We evaluate the program and its pricing on an ongoing basis. After evaluating the economic impact of Applied Net across a handful of firms and reviewing the market opportunities for 2027, there is clear opportunity to align price to value and demand of the overall conference for participating companies. These updates are being implemented specifically for the 2027 Applied Net event and beyond.
What considerations were taken into account when making these changes, and how does this align with the goals of Applied Net?
Applied is committed to facilitating a healthy ecosystem of third-party companies. As the market grows with additional point solutions that connect to key workflows of the policy lifecycle, Applied is focused on collaborating with organizations that add value to the digital roundtrip of insurance. We are focused on presenting these best-in-class companies to our customers at Applied Net.
What if I have already submitted my 2027 sponsorship application?
Per the terms and conditions of the sponsorship application, we reserve the right to refuse participation and/or modify terms when deemed necessary. We hope all companies will continue to participate in the program but understand if this adjustment requires re-evaluation.
How should I proceed if the revised pricing does not align with my financial planning?
Participation and sponsorship in Applied Net is optional. We understand and respect your decision should you choose not to participate in the 2027 Applied Net event.
Am I eligible to purchase sponsorships or speak at Applied Net?
Participating Companies are not eligible to purchase any items at Applied Net aside from the above package. This includes sponsorships such as speaking sessions, branded items, sponsored networking, or booth traffic drivers.
Participating Companies are not eligible to be Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond sponsors of Applied Net.
All educational breakout sessions are evaluated independently of Applied Net sponsorship. The 2027 call for content will occur in January 2027.
Can I participate with ACN instead?
No. Participation with ACN falls under the same terms and conditions as Applied Net, including year-round advertising, ACN’s Member Alliance Program, and sponsorships or a tabletop presence at ACN Summits.
If I decide not to sponsor Applied Net, can I still attend as an attendee?
Applied Net enforces a strict no– “suit casing” policy. If approved to attend as a non-sponsoring company, technology provider registrations are $2,725 per attendee and limited to two (2) individuals per company.
